2013 Audi S7

Audi’s next logical step after the A7 luxury sedan is to bring out its S7 version. The S7 has already been caught testing, and judging by the fact there is no camouflage on it, we should expect to see a production version in the next few weeks. Now lets see what inside of this car. The model will get sports suspension. To be sure, we like the A7’s responsive and gutsy, 300-hp supercharged V-6, but its muted snarl just can’t deliver the aural satisfaction and hearty growl of a V-8. In addition, the 333 hp the engine produces in the S4 is likely near its maximum output. So we’re not entirely surprised that Audi has chosen to add an entirely new engine to its arsenal for the S7 (as well as the next S8): a turbocharged and direct-injected 4.0-liter V-8 good for at least 400 hp. Loosely based on the old naturally aspirated 4.2-liter V-8, the 4.0 will launch in the S7 next year, and will also serve as the base engine for the redesigned 2011 Bentley Continental GT. The fact that the power addicts at Bentley deem this power plant fit to move their portly luxo-cruiser with sufficient authority can be taken as a strong indicator of its capabilities. We expect it to be equipped with a single turbocharger in the S7 and with twin turbos in the S8, where it could make around 450 hp. We hear rumblings that the S7 will scoot to 60 mph in fewer than five seconds; top speed will be a governed 155 mph. Power will be channeled to a rear-biased Quattro all-wheel-drive system through Audi’s seven-speed dual-clutch automated manual, which will surely be programmed to deliver all sorts of sweet-sounding, rev-matched downshifts

Audi RS6

The Audi A6 is the upcoming wonder car from the German Manufacturers Audi.
Now let’s come to the point at how the company will change the A6 and transform it into the RS6 version. The car will undergo some major exterior up gradations influenced by the brand new A7 Sport back edition from the company. The interiors will also undergo a change and will be clad in top notch materials. Audi will do whatever that is required to make the Renn Sport edition perfect. The Audi RS6 sports sedan will be manufactured based on the new MLP platform. This platform has been designed to give the car a better weight distribution. This platform thus in turn will help reduce the total weight of the car by a massive 220 lbs (approx). This reduction is weight will in turn effectively enhance the performance of the car as wellLike with the new generation A6, the RS6 will also get a long engine hood, headlights and taillights featuring LED technology, and elements that will distinguish it as an RS model. There will be specific front and rear fascias, even more pronounced wheel arches, a face mask with a honeycomb grille, dual oval tailpipes, and a set of badges to identify the model.
The current RS6 is powered by a 5.0 liter V10 engine that delivers 580 hp and 480 lb-ft of torque, but for the future RS6, Audi will drop the V10 engine in favor of a twin turbo 4-liter V8 engine with a similar output. So, we get to have the same performance, but better fuel consumption? That’s not something that can be turned down! Expect to see a sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 175 mph. many hard core fans of the Audi Group are unwilling to wait that long for the car to be revealed and are waiting eagerly for the car.

Audi R3

The Audi R3 is a replacement for the stillborn R4.  It will be co-developed with a Volkswagen sports car; we’ll see a concept of VW's version in just a few months' time, before development starts in full for launch in 2013.
The R3 will replace the current TT and will be exclusively powered by four-cylinder engines in order to keep "the Audi a safe distance from the Boxster and Cayman." Price will be kept in the €25,000 to €45,000 range. The interiors of the car are well designed and provide complete comfort to the occupants. The car has automatic climate control, remote central locking and power windows along with electric adjustment feature for the seats. The steering also has rake and reach adjustment feature. The car has a top grade dash integrated music system. The car is loaded with several safety features. These include as many as 6 airbags, fog lamp, traction control and parking sensors. The car also has antilock brake system, electronic brake force distribution feature and electronic stability program.Under the hood, Audi would install the 180bhp 1.8-liter TFSI motor, a 2.0-liter version rated at 220bhp and a brawny S-line model good for some 280bhp. Diesel TDI engines would also likely be an option at least in Europe. Versions could include a frugal 125bhp variant of the latest 1.6-liter common-rail as well as 170 and 204bhp versions of the 2.0-liter.

2013 Audi Quattro Coupe

Audi is pushing forward with a production version of the Quattro concept. That’s right, the Quattro has been given the green light for limited production starting 2013.The production Quattro will be based on Audi’s latest aluminum spaceframe chassis with a body built in carbon fiber-reinforced plastic. It will weigh in at about 660 lbs less than the RS5 as seen on the prototypes already testing. It will also feature a wheelbase that has been reduced by 150 mm and an interior featuring seat made from forged composites. As for the engine, it would appear that Audi will go with the lighter turbocharged 5-cylinder shown in the concept car and in the Audi A3 Sedan Concept. Essentially a hopped-up version of what’s found under the hood of the TT-RS, it has been pumped up from 345-hp to 408-hp. What is clear, however, is that it is unlikely to use the RS5′s 4.2-liter V8. “We need more power than the RS5″ says Reil, indicating just what a serious performance machine this could be as the RS5 is rated at 450-hp.

Audi’s Baby SUV Q1

Audi is currently working on the Q1 baby-SUV which will be based on the A1, expected to make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show! For those who don't know, Audi A1 is set to enter production this October and hit the showrooms in Spring of 2010! After this will happen the German manufacturer will focus exclusively on the new SUV but the final product will be seen by 2013, which means that until then you can buy the new Audi Q3 which is going to be produced at the Seat's Martorell plant. Regarding the possible rivals of this vehicle we also found out that Mercedes-Benz will build the BLK, a smaller brother of the GLK. Now words about a possible competitor from BMW but you can be sure that the Bavarian manufacturer is going to have a response to these vehicles!
The Audi Q1 will be defined by a sober, similar look to the one of the Q3, Q5, and Q7. It will be available with engines from a 160 hp 1.4 TSI to a 2.0 TDI 140 bhp. Diesel will also play a strong role in the Q1’s future with a 1.2 Liter TDI cranking out 80 HP and a 1.6 Liter motor with outputs ranging from 100 to 120 HP. Prices will be higher than 22,000 euros for the two-wheel drive and 27,000 euros for the AWD version.
